Desktop Feasibility Screening

A quick first answer on whether solar is worth a closer look for your property.

What we do
We measure your roof from satellite images, check the sunshine data for your location and study 12 months of your electricity bills. No site visit is needed.
What you get
  • A short written report of 3 to 4 pages
  • A likely system size and cost range
  • An estimated saving and payback range
  • A clear recommendation: look closer, or don't

5 working days after we receive your bills.

Commercial Feasibility Audit

A full, on-site assessment for businesses ready to make a decision.

N$5,500per site

What we do
We visit the site, measure the roof, check for shading through the year and look at when your business uses its power. Then we work out how much electricity a system would produce and what it would save you.
What you get
  • A detailed report of 12 to 15 pages
  • The right system size for your building
  • Cost, yearly saving and payback period
  • How the numbers change if tariffs or interest rates move
  • A written recommendation
Ready in
10 working days after the site visit.
Good for
Businesses comparing installer quotes, or ready to invest.

Bankable Feasibility Report

An audit prepared to the standard banks and lenders ask for.

What we do
Everything in the Commercial Feasibility Audit, plus an energy forecast and financial model set out the way lenders expect to see them.
What you get
  • The full commercial audit
  • A financial model ready for a loan application
  • Set out for lenders such as EIF, SUNREF, Bank Windhoek and DBN
  • Expected output in a normal year and in a poor year
Ready in
15 working days after the site visit.
Good for
Projects that will be paid for with a loan.

Funding Application Support

Help putting together a loan application for solar.

We turn your assessment into the documents a lender asks for.

  • One round of changes after the lender's feedback

Performance Monitoring

A monthly check that your system keeps producing what it should.

What we do
With your permission, we read the data from your inverter's online portal each month and compare it with what the system was expected to produce.
What you get
  • A monthly performance report
  • Early warning when output drops
  • A yearly summary of your real savings
Term
Minimum of 12 months.
Good for
Anyone with an installed system who wants to know it's working.

Installer referrals

If you decide to go ahead, we can introduce you to installers. There is no charge to you.

The installer pays us a referral fee. It is the same whichever installer you choose, and we always tell you about it upfront.

What we don't do

  • Sell panels, inverters or batteries
  • Install systems. Installers do that.

Terms

  • A 50% deposit is due when you accept our quote. The rest is due when we deliver the report.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Prices are in Namibian dollars and exclude VAT where it applies.
  • Your report is confidential. We don't share it without your written permission.
